Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom. However, if you would like us to deliver to an overseas address, please contact us at Claire@bornbred.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.
How much is the delivery cost?
For all UK deliveries we charge £4.00. This price includes and postage and packaging of your item/s. For overseas deliveries, we will need to calculate the cost and let you know.
How long will it take for my goods to reach me?
All in-stock items will be delivered within 3-6 working days. Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
What happens if I don’t
receive my goods within
these timescales?
If we are aware of any
delays we will contact you
straight away. Sometimes
errors occur however, so if
you are unsure about where
your items are, please
contact us at
Claire@bornbred.co.uk
and we’ll do our utmost to
trace your package.
What happens if some of my order is out of stock?
Please allow up to 28 days
for more stock to hit our
shelves. Once we have your
item/s we will dispatch it
straight away and waiver the
postage and packaging
charge.
Do I need to be in to
receive the delivery?
Yes, all our deliveries are
sent out by Royal Mail
recorded delivery or
courier. Both methods
require signatures. If you
are out when the delivery
comes, they will leave a
card with information on
local depots or
re-deliveries. If you are
normally out during the
week, a work address may be
preferable.
Industrial action
During strikes, there may be
a delay in receiving your
package.
